Krieger and the Institute of Pharma Technology have a common
research program to explore new process methods in the field of semi
solids manufacturing.
Current research focuses on PAT monitoring systems of the
homogenisation process. A Team of Krieger and a team of the
Pharmaceutical Institute carry out the research tests under supervision
of Prof. Dr. Martin Kuentz.
A first research paper:
“Feasability study of an Ultrasonic-Based Process
analytical Tool for Homogenization of Nanoparticulate
Pharmaceutical Vehicles” has been published in the
August issue 2011 of the journal of Pharmaceutical
